Gaia's Harpist.
Pastel colours on papr.
Size: 29,7 x 42 cm or 11 3/4'' x 16 1/2''
Inspired by a picture in an old calendar.
First, I thought of omiting the little owl on her shoulder and the blue leaf-like structure above her head and along her back. However, later decided to put it in, as you can see here. Thus my harpist became Gaia's Harpist simply because I couldn't think of any better title. The owl and the leaf-thing made me name her that.
Unfortunately, this is not a really good photo as I left the background white. It is not grey as you see it here. Tried to change it later in Photoshop but I didn't get better than this.
